ThisReminds is a small, non-commercial personal project. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older. One person per account; keep your password to yourself.

Your posts

What you post stays yours. By posting, you let ThisReminds store it and show it to the people your settings allow (everyone, your followers, or your close friends) for as long as you keep it on the site. You can delete your posts or your whole account at any time.

Rules

Don't post or send anything that:

• is illegal, or encourages violence or self-harm;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or attacks people, including for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality;
• is sexual content, or anything sexual involving anyone under 18;
• is spam, a scam, or pretends to be someone else;
• uses other people's pictures or work without permission;
• tries to break, overload or get around the site's security.

You can report posts, comments and accounts that break these rules. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break them, without notice.

Music

ThisReminds doesn't host music. Songs are found with and played through Spotify, under Spotify's terms. Without a Spotify login in your browser you may only hear 30-second previews.

No guarantees

ThisReminds is provided as it is, for free. It may change, have downtime, lose features (for example if Spotify changes its rules) or close. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by using it or by what other users post.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
